Our company is looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Corporate Marketing and senior management to grow market awareness and develop offerings and positioning pieces;
  • managing client invoicing and overdue receivables;
  • Identify and develop new utility clients that would benefit from Woodard & Curran’s suite of services;
  • Prepare written proposals, presentations and budgets, including negotiating terms of service delivery;
  • Analyze benefit & rate options. Set up spreadsheet to outline options and assist client with decision making process;
  • Schedule & attend client meetings;
  • Develop client outreach process to ensure retention (i.e.: every month contact 5 current clients);
  • Liasion between client and insurance companies;
  • Process enrollment changes (enrollments, changes, terminations, general updates/edits);
  • Keeping up with changes in the insurance market and our clients’ industries;
  • Assist with renewals- Partcipate in analysis process to ensure client is receiving best options available;
  • Manage new accounts as assigned.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent;
  • Appearance should be professional at all times.
