Our company is looking for a Inside Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow lines of business sales by working with internal partners to identify all short and long term sales penetration opportunities;
  • Develop a high value-add relationship with multiple key contact’s at each account;
  • Implement all Staples sales strategies to ensure company meets objectives through penetration of further sales on newly won accounts.

Requirements:

  • Solve problems effectively;
  • Strong technical aptitude;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or similar environment (HVAC filtration experience a plus);
  • Minimum of 2 years in Excel, Word, Outlook. CRM etc;
  • Work independently and as part of a team;
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by CCG for this position now or in the future;
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales support role and/or 3+ years in customer service, public speaking or training role;
  • Strong phone presence;
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred;
  • Demonstrated Customer service oriented (internal and external customers);
  • PC skills – Excel, Word;
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing customer relationships/territory management (technical, construction industries preferred);
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication, flexibility in handling a wide range of tasks, attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills.
