Our company is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, promote and engage in appropriate training opportunities relative to business and product knowledge and enhancements;
- Stay current on all products and services offered by the company;
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the leadership team;
- The primary objective of this position is to build, grow, and leverage a client base within the Software Sales Group;
- Handling customer needs;
- Maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high-quality customer service;
- Build relationships with customers, especially established customers;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Attend trade shows as appropriate;
- Market our services by phone calls, in person meetings and industry networking events;
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the market segment;
- Participate in AWS training to stay current with AWS offerings;
- Making suggestions to improve sales performance;
- Overseeing account representatives to boost sales.
Requirements:
- Skilled presenter and communicator;
- Master negotiator and closer;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Experience working in the Computer and Consumer Electronics industry;
- Strong self-initiative and a proven ability to achieve sales goals with minimal supervision;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Product demonstration;
- Understanding of Automated Driving and/or driver assist systems (ADAS);
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or communications related field preferred;
- Demonstrated success managing a territory and using a CRM system;
- Past experience working with media agencies and strong agency relationships;
- BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or a related field;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience and strong knowledge of digital media, video, mobile, display, social and audio platforms in the context of ad sales;
- Excellent capacity to learn quickly, think on the fly and self teach as required.
