Our company is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, promote and engage in appropriate training opportunities relative to business and product knowledge and enhancements;
  • Stay current on all products and services offered by the company;
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the leadership team;
  • The primary objective of this position is to build, grow, and leverage a client base within the Software Sales Group;
  • Handling customer needs;
  • Maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high-quality customer service;
  • Build relationships with customers, especially established customers;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Attend trade shows as appropriate;
  • Market our services by phone calls, in person meetings and industry networking events;
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the market segment;
  • Participate in AWS training to stay current with AWS offerings;
  • Making suggestions to improve sales performance;
  • Overseeing account representatives to boost sales.

Requirements:

  • Skilled presenter and communicator;
  • Master negotiator and closer;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Experience working in the Computer and Consumer Electronics industry;
  • Strong self-initiative and a proven ability to achieve sales goals with minimal supervision;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Product demonstration;
  • Understanding of Automated Driving and/or driver assist systems (ADAS);
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or communications related field preferred;
  • Demonstrated success managing a territory and using a CRM system;
  • Past experience working with media agencies and strong agency relationships;
  • BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or a related field;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience and strong knowledge of digital media, video, mobile, display, social and audio platforms in the context of ad sales;
  • Excellent capacity to learn quickly, think on the fly and self teach as required.
