Our company is looking for a Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Pass required Frontline Pro Sales Master Training System course;
  • Develop & execute marketing and business plans to drive revenue and profits;
  • Prepare for and lead internal and client status meetings;
  • Manage a team of four to five Senior and Staff Accountant;
  • Update CRM opportunities and sales funnel daily;
  • Proactively follow up with clients regarding property profitability and address client inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach;
  • Partner closely with account executives;
  • Maintains relationships with consistent follow up plan to ensure all details are well managed;
  • Attend or conduct Technology Business Reviews with managed accounts as needed;
  • Oversee contract to close for builder contracts as needed;
  • Partners with the Premium Accounts Director to support achievement of sales revenue targets (with an emphasis on driving digital revenue);
  • Maintain 100% Salesforce revenue accuracy across all assigned campaigns;
  • Ensure all transactions are conducted in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the company;
  • Develop policies to strengthen the internal human resources control.

Requirements:

  • Decisive problem solver;
  • Ability to work well with other accounting team members and managers while reporting to the Department Manager and Executive team;
  • High level of initiative; take accountability for role on projects;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Project management experience, especially with software implementation projects desirable;
  • Excel in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment with the ability to prioritize and keep a positive outlook;
  • Ability to work with team members across various departments while managing projects independently;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting from an accredited institution;
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage people;
  • Strategic and analytical problem solving skills;
  • Always following through;
  • Great communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience both managing accounts as well as recruiting (running a full desk);
  • Must pass drug screen, background check and complete a short assessment;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
