Our company is looking for a Executive Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs;
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings;
  • Prospect and close new customers;
  • Managing day-to-day activities on the account with internal team and clients;
  • Coordinating and implementing review, customer, speaker and social media programs;
  • Partners with AIM teams to promote client satisfaction, retention and drive enhanced value to the client via AIM solutions;
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability;
  • Drafting media pitches, customer stories and press releases;
  • Work multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
  • Work closely with assigned Regional personnel assisting with sales blitzes, sales calls and all related sales activity;
  • Monitors, manages, and communicates AIM’s overall value and proposition;
  • Drives client management and planning, including understanding program value, vision, and measures of success;
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame;
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts;
  • One-on-one correspondence with media.

Requirements:

  • Ability to adjust approach to effectively interact with partners at all organizational levels;
  • Previous experience in MarTech/AdTech;
  • Ability to effectively handle challenging situations with poise, tact, and patience while demonstrating a sense of urgency;
  • Experience in leading strategic business relationships with clients; strong consultative sales and negotiation skills;
  • Proven experience within high-end technology industries;
  • Knowledge of digital strategies and technology;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Experience and proficiency with online social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, etc;
  • 3-5 years of Public Relations experience;
  • Good negotiation skills and a keen ability to close contracts with targeted accounts;
  • Preferred knowledge and contacts within the Computer Aided Design (CAD) or mobile industries;
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills;
  • Strong listening skills, strategic leadership, partnership and ability to indirectly lead teams;
  • Minimum five years of account sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment;
  • Diverse computer skills.
