Client Relations Associate Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify user challenges and communicate product recommendations;
 - Light to moderate data entry;
 - Understand the user’s needs and work proactively to find a solution in a timely manner;
 - Calendar management, travel and expense reports;
 - Client and intermediary contact including specialized reporting;
 - Manage and retain existing partners and generate new leads and prospects;
 - Initiation of new account opening, maintenance, account closing and gifting, cash processing, including documentation and client notification;
 - Build rapport with potential users and partners through friendly, engaging communication;
 - Identify, prospect and contact potential partners, and accurately identify their needs relative to the characteristics of their business;
 - Take the initiative to improve customer satisfaction rate;
 - Preparation of prospect and client facing presentations and correspondence;
 - Compliance with all business processes and regulatory requirements;
 - Introduce Unpakt’s services, capabilities, and benefits to our users;
 - Provide superior B2C and B2B support while responding to general and product-related inquiries via live chat, e-mail, and phone;
 - Be hands-on with all tasks and assertively follow through on assignments.
 
Requirements:
- Knowledge of wealth management and/or trust business, ideally in the high-net-worth space (private bank, RIA, trust company, etc.) preferred;
 - Self-motivated; Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as needed;
 - Displays intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, critical thinking and sound judgment in problem resolution of moderate complexity;
 - Proficient with Microsoft Office, Mac, and CRMs;
 - Demonstrates high level of time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with integrity and ownership of work;
 - Have strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
 - Strong ability to identify appropriate resources for research and problem resolution;
 - Tech-savvy, or working knowledge of online and mobile technology;
 - Moving experience is a plus but not a necessity;
 - Professional and friendly phone demeanor;
 - Local candidates only to work in our Chelsea Headquarters;
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 - Impeccable writing skills, a strong phone presence, and professional demeanor that facilitate successful client interactions;
 - Team player with strong interpersonal communication and sales skills that can thrive in a challenging and collaborative work environment;
