Our company is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with all business processes and regulatory requirements;
  • Preparation of prospect and client facing presentations and correspondence;
  • Initiation of new account opening, maintenance, account closing and gifting, cash processing, including documentation and client notification;
  • Client and intermediary contact including specialized reporting;
  • Calendar management, travel and expense reports;
  • Client Advocacy: keeping track of client-specific requirements and ensuring expectations are communicated to the Investigations team.

Requirements:

  • Team player with strong interpersonal communication and sales skills that can thrive in a challenging and collaborative work environment;
  • Demonstrates high level of time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with integrity and ownership of work;
  • 2+ years of administrative or operations experience;
  • Knowledge of wealth management and/or trust business, ideally in the high-net-worth space (private bank, RIA, trust company, etc.) preferred;
  • Displays intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, critical thinking and sound judgment in problem resolution of moderate complexity;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Demonstrated skill using a variety of computer systems and platforms, including Google Apps and CRM and/or Case Management software;
  • Impeccable writing skills, a strong phone presence, and professional demeanor that facilitate successful client interactions;
  • Strong ability to identify appropriate resources for research and problem resolution;
  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
