Client Relations Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally;
- Nurture relationships with business owners, client company contacts, marketing agents and internal staff and departments;
- Dashboard creation and online training of our client facing web-based software;
- Time Keeping software account set up, training and troubleshooting;
- Work with internal teams, client and agent to achieve a high rate of client retention;
- Able to work outside of regular operating hours during peak seasons;
- Successfully manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment;
- Introduce and drive adoption of new products and services to client;
- Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues;
- Assist in announcing to clients, changes in compliance using various communication formats;
- Keep current with agricultural specific regulations;
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern, as raised by clients or internal departments;
- Acting as part of a team to continually develop and create improved processes and procedures;
- Act as the liaison between client and internal teams to ensure that clients are receiving excellent service;
- Execute client management and sales special projects, as needed.
Requirements:

- At least two years of work experience in a professional environment preferred;
