Our company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally;
  • Nurture relationships with business owners, client company contacts, marketing agents and internal staff and departments;
  • Dashboard creation and online training of our client facing web-based software;
  • Time Keeping software account set up, training and troubleshooting;
  • Work with internal teams, client and agent to achieve a high rate of client retention;
  • Able to work outside of regular operating hours during peak seasons;
  • Successfully manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment;
  • Introduce and drive adoption of new products and services to client;
  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues;
  • Assist in announcing to clients, changes in compliance using various communication formats;
  • Keep current with agricultural specific regulations;
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern, as raised by clients or internal departments;
  • Acting as part of a team to continually develop and create improved processes and procedures;
  • Act as the liaison between client and internal teams to ensure that clients are receiving excellent service;
  • Execute client management and sales special projects, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Poised under pressure with strong decision-making skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to efficiently organize work activities to meet daily and weekly deadlines to meet/exceed expected sales goals;
  • At least two years of work experience in a professional environment preferred;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Must be driven and hard-working;

  • Excellent all-around business communication skills;
  • Impeccable attention to detail, specifically with data management and written communication;
