Our company is looking for a Client Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide input on competitive intelligence program;
  • Research company intelligence on active & inactive customers;
  • Research all bounced email contacts and update new location and notify Sales as appropriate;
  • Assembly and coordination of detailed contracts; manage contracts to expected timeline;
  • Ensure upon project start that all data in SFDC matches project deployment scope;
  • Support development of Sales to Service content & sales collateral content;
  • Support the Continuous Value Services and add-on project work change order process and contract renewal process;
  • Support contact management leads on inactive, dormant accounts;
  • Managing, tracking and scheduling resource requests and assignments for services scoping calls;
  • Provide RFP content support for post-production service proposals;
  • Validate entries in billing system to ensure accurate invoicing;
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity records in Salesforce;
  • Develop pricing proposals for renegotiation and upsell opportunities based on historical account volume, forecasting and margin analysis;
  • Create Quarterly Business Review presentations;
  • Develop an expert knowledge in all of Kochava’s product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies & procedures is required;
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills are required;
  • Strong client service & technical skills (MS Word & Excel);
  • Minimum of 1+ years professional or relevant internship experience required;
  • Undergraduate degree preferred;
  • Familiarity with mobile technology, advertising and data management software;
  • Experience in Account Management, Technical Support or Programming/Engineering (preferably in Software), utilizing Excel, SQL and/or related coding;
  • BS or BA degree preferred;
  • Detailed documentation skills of client communication, timelines, and deliverables in a fast track environment;
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of collaborative teams;
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, Minimum of 1+ years professional or relevant internship experience required,
