Our company is looking for a Registered Client Service Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare for and coordinate marketing events which includes creating marketing compliance documentation and managing event marketing reimbursement.
Requirements:
- The ability to work independently under minimal supervision, with exceptional problem-solving proficiency;
- Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritizes effectively. Able to independently work with minimal supervision;
- State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days;
- The ability to use considerable tact and discretion when dealing with client or sensitive data;
- Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interface with clients, prospects, custodians and colleagues;
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency;
- A desire to understand the Bank’s structure and identify opportunities to utilize Bank resources to meet client needs;
- Required Series 7, 66 (or 63/65 combination) licenses;
- Detail orientated, strong math, and analytical skills. Good organization and time management skills;
- Outstanding skills using personal computers in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office;
- Experience with Bloomberg, APX or custody system a plus;
- State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days;
- Strong computer and software skills;
- Prepare for and coordinate marketing events which includes creating marketing compliance documentation and managing event marketing reimbursement.
