Our company is looking for a Senior Client Service Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Track client cost basis;
  • Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors and misstatements of financial results;
  • Monitor all activities for evidence of fraud;
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties of the office, including but not limited to: marketing, accounts payables, and receivables;
  • Understands the client’s organization and procedures;
  • Maintain up-to-date familiarity of industry trends that affect the investment market;
  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Manage new client implementation process;
  • Understand the client’s overall business needs and identify value-added services that Mariner Wealth Advisors can provide;
  • Maintain client paper files and electronic data files in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments;
  • Coordinate and direct client activities with other team members and assist as necessary;
  • Compile quarterly asset values for billing, journals, transfers, invoicing, annuity fees, commission fees, and collection consulting fees;
  • Adhere to ethics and employee code of conduct policies and, as appropriate, communicate the same to subordinates;
  • Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
