Our company is looking for a Community Marketing Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact and community brand ambassador in the Sunpro Solar Sales Experience;
- Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of our company while pre-qualifying potential customers;
- All interactions are in person and do not include telemarketing;
- No selling , just scheduling the appointment for the homeowner to meet with the specialist;
- Maintains an accurate record of all transactions and customer logs;
- Responsible for maintaining production at or above minimum performance standards.
Requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours;
- 1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred, not required;
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen;
- Willingness to learn;
- Attention to detail and drive for success;
- Maintain production standards;
- Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious;
- Overcome objections and perform marketing expectations within a short period of time;
- Must be a highly focused, organized, motivated, and passionate individual;
- Personal transportation.
