Responsibilities:

  • Inbound support assisting customers;
  • Assistance with logins and password resets;
  • Online banking questions;
  • Banking services questions;
  • Will answer questions about merger & acquisition;
  • Website support;
  • Identify and recommend merchandising, site usability and policy improvements, based on customer feedback;
  • Respond and resolve customer service inquires and issues via telephone, live chat and email;
  • Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding order issues;
  • Place, track and close orders through order fulfillment system;
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company;
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high-level customer service;
  • Assist customers with varying levels of questions, inquiries, or requests;
  • Use a computer system to track and gather information from customers.

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED;
  • Must be proficient using Email and Microsoft Word;
  • Must be able to type 15 words per minute.
