Responsibilities:
- Inbound support assisting customers;
- Assistance with logins and password resets;
- Online banking questions;
- Banking services questions;
- Will answer questions about merger & acquisition;
- Website support;
- Identify and recommend merchandising, site usability and policy improvements, based on customer feedback;
- Respond and resolve customer service inquires and issues via telephone, live chat and email;
- Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding order issues;
- Place, track and close orders through order fulfillment system;
- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company;
- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high-level customer service;
- Assist customers with varying levels of questions, inquiries, or requests;
- Use a computer system to track and gather information from customers.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED;
- Must be proficient using Email and Microsoft Word;
- Must be able to type 15 words per minute.
