Our company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attend internal planning meetings, follow/help improve Agile and internal company processes;
- Complete all sales-related paperwork for client onboarding and order entry;
- Accountable for servicing and driving customer satisfaction for accounts in territory;
- Develop presentations to corporations and agencies designed to sell marketing solutions;
- Work with client and internal resources to create business requirements and scope for assigned projects;
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate, advertising and public relations communities;
- Prepare various internal and client-facing reports as required;
- Traffic and optimize direct ad campaigns in DFP/GAM;
- Manage the client billing according to internal processes;
- Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close;
- Manage and proactively sell to digital advertising agencies and brands;
- Drive mindshare and market share gains across agencies through consistent and strategic coverage plans;
- Partner with operations organization to set proper expectations with customers and super serve their needs;
- Explain complex technical concepts such as SEM, SEO, Online Display, etc;
- Build and maintain client base.
Requirements:
- Exceptional time management skills;

- Outgoing personality that is able to build and maintain clientele relationships;
- Presentation development;
- Valid state driver’s license;
- Technically savvy and proficient user of the iPad;
- Reliable, insured transportation in most markets;
- Ability to work evenings and weekends;
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check;
- Experience developing presentations for the purpose of direct-business selling and ability to effectively present and communicate;
- Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day, carry 25 pounds, sit or drive 2-4 hours, and stand 1-2 hours per day;
- Knowledge of, and familiarity with, (or ability to learn) digital terminology and methodology preferred;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and oral English language communication skills.
