Digital Content Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The employee is sometimes exposed to wet/or humid conditions, extreme heat or extreme cold;
- Responsible for delivering (syndicating) content to customer and business partners, according to LWTA priorities and customer needs;
- Integrate and create “best practice” processes and definitions to make optimum content available for our Customers & Consumers and drive sales;
- The environment can be fast-paced;
- The noise level of the work environment is quiet to moderate.
Requirements:
- Experience scheduling, executing and tracking results of email marketing campaigns (Emma experience preferred);
- Four-year degree in Digital Marketing/Advertising, Mass Communications or related field;
- Direct experience in website design, development, and content management in WordPress, HTML, and CSS;
- Photography, videography and media design experience with emphasis on Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere, plus PDF creation/editing;
- Strong planning, organization and administrative skills, with an ability to manage both urgent deadlines and long-range projects simultaneously;
- Creativity to find and propose solutions to problems as they arise;
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred;
- Ability to evaluate a problem and structure it into smaller pieces;
- Ability to work independently while supporting various teams;
- Proven experience with SEO (search engine optimization) of text product content;
- Right Attitude to do hard work;
- 2+ years of experience with item setup/data management or other relevant experience;
- Proven experience and comfort with working in web content management platforms;
- Comfortable seeking out internal resources to solve data needs;
- Organized and structured.
