Production Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work within short timelines/have a sense of urgency;
- Meet deadlines;
- Answer telephones, transfer to appropriate staff members;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Maintain and improve the execution of production assignments;
- Manage Manufacturing Schedule;
- Serve as point of contact between production and sales teams;
- Process the weekly payroll for IATSE employees in coordination with Production Management and The Music Center Production Office;
- Researching and developing relationships with new product suppliers;
- Calendar Management: execute the bookings of all resources with creators and internal stakeholders;
- Orient productions and lead technical production scouts;
- Manage the generic CTG Production voice-mail box and e-mail account. Respond or forward the messages as appropriate;
- Working with sales team to coordinate product supply and movement;
- Provide leadership with client services duties;
- Act as a liaison for Production to other departments of Center Theatre Group and the Music Center.
Requirements:
- Meet deadlines;
- Work within short timelines/have a sense of urgency;
- Adobe Acrobat Pro;
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and can easily prioritize;
- Knowledge of SAP and Concur;
- Intermediate knowledge of Pro Tools;
- Quick learner, outgoing, detail-oriented and excellent at multi-tasking;
- Ability to communicate clearly – verbally, visually, and in writing;
- Technical or higher degree in electronics or engineering;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital or Broadcast Production;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including morning, evening, and weekend hours;
- Well organized;
- Strong Administrative and project management skills;
- One year work experience in web video, TV, or film production as an Associate Producer or Production Coordinator;
- Detail oriented.
