Our company is looking for a Director, Corporate Development to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional deal teams in due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation with acquisition targets;
  • Monitor progress of acquisitions post-integration to ensure ongoing success and report metrics and recommended actions to management;
  • Develop a funnel of potential M&A opportunities based on strategic priorities;
  • Manage the transaction due diligence process, including leadership of large multi-functional internal and external teams;
  • Perform direct market and company research; engage with various participants in the healthcare ecosystem;
  • Experience working across different business units and levels of seniority;
  • Research, identify, and evaluate acquisition targets;
  • Lead the development of financial models and other relevant analytics;
  • Negotiate new shipbuilding contracts and financing documentation;
  • Develop and maintain financial models on potential M&A targets;
  • Prepare transaction review and/or approval materials for Senior Management and the Partnership Board;
  • Experience working on strategy in a software environment preferred;
  • Supports M&A execution in line with Grant Thornton’s US strategy;
  • Assist with other strategic initiatives of the Company;
  • Perform or support other ad-hoc M&A-related projects or analyses.

Requirements:

  • Ability to support and succeed within the EnPro culture and core values;
  • Bachelor’s degree with significant coursework in business-related subjects; MBA preferred;
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; management experience is a plus;
  • Enthusiastic attitude for getting into the details;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area;
  • 5 – 10 years’ experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking or related roles;
  • MBA / MSF / CFA preferred;
  • Extremely strong financial modeling skills (ability to build and modify models to evaluate transaction economics and perform sensitivity analysis);
  • Strong work ethic and ability to deliver under pressure against tight deadlines;
  • Ability to lead a team of experienced internal subject matter experts and external advisors.
