Responsibilities:
- Assists in the annual budgeting process;
- Lead the filing of all SEC forms (10K and 10Q);
- Assists in the preparation and review of internal and external financial statements;
- Assists in the preparation of various internal reporting packages, which are distributed across all levels of the organization;
- Manage a team of 2 to 3 direct reports;
- Support the forecasting and modeling around equity-based compensation;
- Responsible for future benefit plan and statutory reporting;
- Lead the Disclosure Committee and provide quarterly materials for the Audit Committee;

- CPA required;

- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
