Our company is looking for a Finance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and consolidating financial statements;
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist in tax return preparation;
- Manage month-end/quarter-end and year-end close process, review/preparejournal entries and general ledger reconciliations;
- Support development and communication of quotas;
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures;
- Support the financial accrual process for monthly commission estimates;
- Prepare detailed analysis and calculations related to incentive design and achievement;
- Manage preparation for audit and prepare supporting documentation;
- Ensure all deadlines are met consistently;
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Operations, HR, IT and more);
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline processes;
- Build commission models to forecast costs and support decision making and resource allocation;
- Manage accounting department and mentor staff;
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department in the US;
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Sales Operations to develop the Global variable incentive plans.
Requirements:

- Knowledge of sales software such as Xactly, Salesforce and Netsuite a plus;
- Excellent oral & written communication skills, including presentations and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization;
- Hands on, proactive approach to problem solving;
- Knowledge in: NetSuite,Concur, Avatax,ADP – Advantage;
- Work experience in a public company preferred;
- CPA required;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or IT) or equivalent work experience;
- 6+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience, preferablywithin Tech industry;
- 7+ years of sales incentive compensation experience in a SaaS or cloud-based company;
- Ability to multi-task;
- 2+ years of experience with managing employees;
- Strong attention to detail.
