Our company is looking for a Finance to join our team.


  • Preparing and consolidating financial statements;
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist in tax return preparation;
  • Manage month-end/quarter-end and year-end close process, review/preparejournal entries and general ledger reconciliations;
  • Support development and communication of quotas;
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures;
  • Support the financial accrual process for monthly commission estimates;
  • Prepare detailed analysis and calculations related to incentive design and achievement;
  • Manage preparation for audit and prepare supporting documentation;
  • Ensure all deadlines are met consistently;
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (Operations, HR, IT and more);
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline processes;
  • Build commission models to forecast costs and support decision making and resource allocation;
  • Manage accounting department and mentor staff;
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department in the US;
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Sales Operations to develop the Global variable incentive plans.

  • Knowledge of sales software such as Xactly, Salesforce and Netsuite a plus;
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills, including presentations and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization;
  • Hands on, proactive approach to problem solving;
  • Knowledge in: NetSuite,Concur, Avatax,ADP – Advantage;
  • Work experience in a public company preferred;
  • CPA required;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or IT) or equivalent work experience;
  • 6+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience, preferablywithin Tech industry;
  • 7+ years of sales incentive compensation experience in a SaaS or cloud-based company;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • 2+ years of experience with managing employees;
  • Strong attention to detail.
