Our company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate compensation packages;
- Maintain personal brand through social media outlets;
- Maintain data on recruitment activities in applicant tracking system including applicant flow, interviews, hires, terminations/separations;
- Brief and prep candidates for interviews with Clients;
- Attend Job and Career fairs, frequently correspond with healthcare organizations and professional associations;
- Make 80 – 100 calls daily via the phone and internet and follow a prepared script for prospective candidates;
- Identify qualified candidates based on client’s job requirements and business needs;
- Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, and/or in person interviews to determine skill sets, career goals, and applicable positions;
- Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates, while being able to affirm their commitment for current and future positions;
- Work with Account Managers to better service client needs, and assist in the inside sales process;
- Attend job fairs, and networking events to meet with candidates and expand your network.
Requirements:
- Sales experience is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Healthcare knowledge a plus;
- High school diploma required.
