Our company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate compensation packages;
  • Maintain personal brand through social media outlets;
  • Maintain data on recruitment activities in applicant tracking system including applicant flow, interviews, hires, terminations/separations;
  • Brief and prep candidates for interviews with Clients;
  • Attend Job and Career fairs, frequently correspond with healthcare organizations and professional associations;
  • Make 80 – 100 calls daily via the phone and internet and follow a prepared script for prospective candidates;
  • Identify qualified candidates based on client’s job requirements and business needs;
  • Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, and/or in person interviews to determine skill sets, career goals, and applicable positions;
  • Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates, while being able to affirm their commitment for current and future positions;
  • Work with Account Managers to better service client needs, and assist in the inside sales process;
  • Attend job fairs, and networking events to meet with candidates and expand your network.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Healthcare knowledge a plus;
  • High school diploma required.
