Our company is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new employees, conduct HR on-boarding;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Adhere to prescribed deadlines;
  • Promote a high level of employee morale and motivation;
  • Accurately maintain HR files;
  • Manage the internship program;
  • Maintain company organizational chart and the employee directory;
  • Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;
  • Conduct exit interviews;
  • Maintain and update the internal and external websites as needed;
  • Complete payroll preparation and submittal;
  • Manage day-to-day HR processes such as payroll & benefits administration, on-boarding and off-boarding, and reporting;
  • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance company-wide;
  • Provide support to recruiting team as needed;
  • Partner with legal counsel to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations;
  • Proficient in G Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to multitask and adapt well to change;
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner;
  • SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred;
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • 4+ years of experience in an HR role (benefits administration and HR compliance);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Experience supporting HR functions across multiple global locations.
