Human Resources Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome new employees, conduct HR on-boarding;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Adhere to prescribed deadlines;
- Promote a high level of employee morale and motivation;
- Accurately maintain HR files;
- Manage the internship program;
- Maintain company organizational chart and the employee directory;
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;
- Conduct exit interviews;
- Maintain and update the internal and external websites as needed;
- Complete payroll preparation and submittal;
- Manage day-to-day HR processes such as payroll & benefits administration, on-boarding and off-boarding, and reporting;
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance company-wide;
- Provide support to recruiting team as needed;
- Partner with legal counsel to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requirements:

- Demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations;
- Proficient in G Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Ability to multitask and adapt well to change;
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner;
- SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred;
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- 4+ years of experience in an HR role (benefits administration and HR compliance);
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Experience supporting HR functions across multiple global locations.
