Our company is looking for a Marketing Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • ensure that communication flows effectively;
  • undertake administrative tasks;
  • liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the Renegade team by maintaining regular contact with both;
  • write client reports;
  • make pitches, with the aim of securing new business;
  • monitor the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • work with the team to brief media, creative and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies;
  • present creative work to clients for approval or modification;
  • work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget;
  • work with clients and the Renegade team about the details of campaigns;
  • arrange and attend meetings;
  • meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
  • You may handle multiple accounts and the hours can be long in a competitive and sometimes stressful environment;
  • The working environment is generally informal, although smart dress is the norm. The role can involve socializing with clients;
  • handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communications/Advertising, or a related field;
  • Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Solid ability to plan, multi-task, and remain adaptable;
  • Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details;
  • Demonstrated skills in data analytics;
  • Home building industry experience preferred;
  • High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role;
  • Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast paced creative environment;
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred;
  • Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic marketing account or project management.
