Marketing Coordinator Entry Level Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator Entry Level to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the maintenance of various marketing databases and collateral (Clients/Contacts, Projects and Resumes);
- Assist with day-to-day marketing department tasks and functions;
- Assist in the preparation of short-list interview presentations;
- Coordinate design, production, and shipment of final documents;
- Assist in the development of win themes;
- Manage the proposal development process from beginning to end, specifically tailoring materials per each RFP/RFQ’s requirements;
- Use Adobe lnDesign to create high quality proposals and qualification packages;
- Meeting Coordination with all applicable attendees during each phase of proposals;
- Writing and editing technical content;
- Help identify and track new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Desire to succeed;
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills;
- 1-2 years experience or training in marketing, management or sales preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate;
- Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- This position is ideal for recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field;
- Proactive; must have the ability to motivate and manage internal clients;
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines;
- Excellent proofreading, formatting and editing skills;
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills;
- Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing Skills: In depth experience in Adobe In Design, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
- Knowledge in the A/E/C industry preferred;
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with management, staff, and external contacts;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
