Requirements:
- Knowledge of DOT requirements for commercial vehicles;
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in transportation, and/or logistics services;
- Microsoft Office experience;
- Commercial CDL, B or higher; or the ability to obtain one in the near future. (Clean MVR a Plus);
- Problem solving and leadership skills;
- Safety training experience;
- Ability to develop and lead others to obtain desired results & achieve productivity goals;
- Good communication skills to uncover issues seek win/win solutions and effectively deal with customers both internal and external;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience with Windows Office products;
- Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis;
