Our company is looking for a Partner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in the advancement of the team through one-on-one discussions; mentoring, coaching, training, and recruitment initiatives when appropriate;
- Deliver services with high levels of client satisfaction;
- Serve as Sponsor Partners, supporting Sponsors or a member of the promotion review committee;
- Communicate effectively with the client to identify their needs; develop commercially sound solutions in line with Odgers Berndtson offering;
- Involve other associates to a high degree in searches and client relationships;
- Develop creative forward-thinking business development campaigns in order to win and transact work;
- Deliver first-class quality written work, being a beacon for accuracy, and follow best practices from which others can learn from;
- Lead by example and uphold the culture, behaviors, ethics, and quality of the OB brand.
Requirements:
- J.D. and CPA designation highly preferred;
- Outstanding professional presentation, comfortable representing the organization in and around prominent business professionals and community leaders;
- Analytical acumen and excellent fact-driven judgement;
- Advanced understanding of key finance, tax, and accounting concepts;
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity and/or other direct investing experiences;
- Proven track record and billings;
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or other business related field from a top University;
- MBA from top business school;
- Strong experience with Excel, including cash flow modeling and other investment valuation techniques;
- College degree;
- Self-Starter with a superb can-do attitude;
- Impeccable integrity;
- Extremely organized with immaculate attention to detail.
