Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing the establishment of a departmental budget;
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory;
  • Planning and implementing changes to machinery and equipment including production systems and methods of work;

  • Ability to maintain accurate records relating to jobs as they are planned performed and completed. Skill to use electronic means for recording data;
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction;
  • Experienced in pharmaceutical engineering, validation, equipment and system maintenance;
  • Supports Lean Projects as needed;
  • A familiarity with HVAC products and Carrier products is desired;
  • Competency with MS Project preferred;
  • Reports product development/experimental findings to the appropriate management for evaluation;
  • Assess plant capabilities related o new product development;
  • Assists engineering with new product development goals;
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between cross functional groups;
