Responsibilities:

  • Perform competitive analysis on related businesses to identify additional opportunities for;
  • Provide leadership on revenue growth, cost management and other financial areas;

  • Creates customer correspondence as required: sales agreements, proposals and thank you letters;
  • Effectively develops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer;
  • Establishes long-term relationships and commitments from negotiated and group;

Requirements:

  • Represent IEC in the most professional and positive light at all times;
  • Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years management experience in proprietary education at the Campus Leader level, with increasing responsibilities;
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management;
  • 80-90% travel required;
  • Excellent written and oral English language communication skills;
  • Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment, under pressure, and time constraints;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • 7-10 years of operations experience, sales management experience;
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and execute other job functions with high attention to detail;
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines;

  • Must possess outstanding communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast – paced;
