Responsibilities:
- Perform competitive analysis on related businesses to identify additional opportunities for;
- Provide leadership on revenue growth, cost management and other financial areas;
- Establish and monitor compliance with purchasing policies and procedures;

- Establishes long-term relationships and commitments from negotiated and group;

Requirements:
- Represent IEC in the most professional and positive light at all times;
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years management experience in proprietary education at the Campus Leader level, with increasing responsibilities;
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management;
- 80-90% travel required;
- Excellent written and oral English language communication skills;
- Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment, under pressure, and time constraints;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- 7-10 years of operations experience, sales management experience;
- Must be able to troubleshoot and execute other job functions with high attention to detail;
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines;
- Able to organize, plan ahead and manage;
- Must possess outstanding communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast – paced;
