Our company is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing plan;
- Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests. Reports guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assists in resolving such complaints;
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports;

Requirements:

- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service;
- Possess strongly developed leadership and communication skills;
- Fine Food and Wine Knowledge;
- POS and Back Office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook);
- BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus;
- You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results;
- Full P&L responsibility including budgets, forecasting, food, and labor cost controls;
- Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations;
- Minimum 3 years of GM experience in the Fast Casual and/or Fast Food industry;
- Mentoring and Development;
- Must be a people person as we are a southern restaurant, we focus on southern hospitality;
- Willingness to learn and grow with in a growing business;
- Respectful and approachable demeanor;
- Minimum of 2 years’ salaried General Manager experience.
