Responsibilities:

  • Connecting with community organizations to partner on events and marketing opportunities;
  • Assist in maintaining a fully staffed team and supports recruiting and onboarding;

  • Oversee that rules and safety precautions are followed by guests while on the property;

  • Assist with scheduling staff.

Requirements:

  • Knowing all company policies and procedures;
  • Ordering merchandise according to Short Stop procedures;
  • Responsible for great customer service;
  • Checking in vendors according to Short Stop procedures;
  • Monitor the secure handling of cash by employees at open and close of each shift;
  • Assist with scheduling staff;
  • A passion for food, produce, and/or local farms is a must;
  • Oversee that rules and safety precautions are followed by guests while on the property;
  • Communicate team concerns to management;

  • Be available to work 2-3 weekends per month;
  • Previous experience leading employee groups of 30-70 staff members or more;
