Responsibilities:
- Connecting with community organizations to partner on events and marketing opportunities;
- Assist in maintaining a fully staffed team and supports recruiting and onboarding;

- Oversee that rules and safety precautions are followed by guests while on the property;

- Assist with scheduling staff.
Requirements:
- Knowing all company policies and procedures;
- Ordering merchandise according to Short Stop procedures;
- Responsible for great customer service;
- Checking in vendors according to Short Stop procedures;
- Monitor the secure handling of cash by employees at open and close of each shift;
- Assist with scheduling staff;
- A passion for food, produce, and/or local farms is a must;
- Oversee that rules and safety precautions are followed by guests while on the property;
- Communicate team concerns to management;

- Be available to work 2-3 weekends per month;
- Previous experience leading employee groups of 30-70 staff members or more;
