Retail Manager 3 Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Retail Manager 3 to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service;
- Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers;
- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery;
- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
- Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
Requirements:
- Prior successful leadership roles with multiple franchise food outlets;
- Must have experience with inventory, ordering, safety, staffing, schedule & payroll;
- Experience working with other chef’s/ hourly staff to assure food quality, menu, recipe, techniques & menu developing;
- Open availability to meet the needs of the business;
- Excellent Customer service oriented, able to go above and beyond for the guest and client, professional and good communication skills;
- Experience hiring, training and leading a staff of 30+ employees;
- Must be organized, hands on, food production experience, knowledgeable with food and labor cost is a plus;
- Should have approx. 3-4 years of experience as a front of the house manager, assistant manager, guest relation manager;
- Familiarity with Kronos;
- Familiarity with computer programs, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, financial & payroll systems.
