Our company is looking for a Store Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends & customer feedback;
  • Manage store inventory to insure adherence to policies and optimal merchandising;
  • Ensure all communication from the retail Support Center is effectively communicated to all associates within your location (SAP, WAR, etc.);
  • handling of recruiting and human resources to ensure proper staffing;
  • Manage all aspects of operational compliance;
  • Dependable and reliable;
  • Executes team service through effective role modeling, scheduling, cross training, and employee coaching;
  • Ensures all employee training is completed;
  • Empowers the team to handle all Guest concerns calmly and with a sense of urgency;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge;
  • Oversees and ensures the efficiency of all daily operational procedures;
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of your franchisee’s guests;
  • Retain information about coffee, including flavor profiles, sourcing principles, and brewing;
  • Oversee visual merchandising in the store and create positive customer service;
  • Work on client development and relations including special projects.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and promote a team environment;
  • Proven success as a Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in a retail clothing and customer service environment;
  • High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity;
  • Proficiency utilizing iPad technology;
  • Background check required;
  • Completed high school education or equivalent;
  • Must have strong computer skills (MS Office);
  • Willing and able to work a demanding retail schedule, including nights and weekends;
  • Professional appearance and demeanor;
  • Open to Travel;
  • 1+ years experience in a retail management position , preferably in a women’s clothing/lifestyle/luxury retail setting;
  • Sales driven and results oriented.
