Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the education curriculum is implemented consistently;
- Maintaining and improving student attendance and retention;
- Providing leadership through strong team structure and communication;
- Achieving school goals and establishing specific targets for budgeted student starts and placements;
- Reporting to the corporate office weekly on all school activity;
- Overseeing daily operations and school activities of school personnel in admissions, education, student services, front desk and administration;
- Motivating team members through recognition and career development.
Requirements:
- Ability to train and motivate team members with respect, recognition and appreciation;
- At least 3 years of related experience;
- Willing to learn and exemplify The Beauty Institute culture, mission and vision;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- Demonstrate proficiency in leadership and management;
- Previous school experience not required, but preferred;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
