Our company is looking for a Principal to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe teachers at defined intervals, document results, and provide feedback as coach and supervisor;
  • Report at regular board meetings on the status of academic operations and plans for upcoming activities;
  • Provide general management of academic school operations;
  • Provides direction and oversight of the Athletic Director to ensure a vibrant and competitive program;
  • As needed attends Board of Limited Jurisdiction Meetings and Relevant Committee Meetings;
  • Use your industry expertise and listening skills to understand client needs and requirements;
  • Be a brand ambassador and participate in community and networking events while building long term relationships;
  • Identify top talent, interview, assess needs and skills and develop relationships with candidates – ensure each candidate has an excellent experience;
  • Guide and direct candidates through interview processes by providing valuable feedback and insight to our clients’ needs;
  • Lead a search team (research and recruiting) by helping set strategy and manage the overall search process;
  • Grow and expand business within company vertical;
  • Develop deep relationships with clients and candidates and use a consultative approach to solve their human capital needs;
  • Manage accounts and deliver excellence to your clients – demonstrate commitment to client success;
  • Enrollment and Development: collaborates with the President in marketing and development initiatives to increase enrollment and retention;
  • Document and effectively communicate all client and candidate activities via the company database.

Requirements:

  • Some travel required;
  • A valid administrator license (if required for the state in which you are applying);
  • Master’s degree or equivalent;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a “can do” attitude;
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Collaborative, team player with high standards and ethics;
  • A competitive, goal oriented background with a natural curiosity and intense desire to excel – possess “grit”
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a variety of;
  • School Administrator Licensure in states where this is required;
  • Proven track record of student academic success or significant academic gains in a principal role;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to exceed goals and take initiative;
  • Proven track record of student academic success or significant academic gains in a principal role serving an at-risk population in an urban setting;
  • Strong written and verbal skills;
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to see complex projects through from start to finish.
