- Reports guest and team member concerns and complaints to manager;
- Enforce underage gambling and drinking laws;

Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; may require flexibility to work on any shift as business needs dictate;
- Proficiency in the use of current business applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related security applications;
- Minimum three years supervisory experience; preferably supervising security guard force in the hospitality industry;
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays;
- Refined verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications;
- Ability to handle conflicts, make common sense decisions and exercise proper action during high tension and stressful situations;
- Proficient in use of Word, Excel and related needed programs;
- Ability to communicate effectively and to prepare, maintain and analyze records and reports;
- Typing proficiency;
- 1-3 years of security experience preferred;
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent;
- Knowledge of security technology, CCTV, Door Access System and security project implementation;
- Knowledge of NBA and G-League Security Standards.
