Our company is looking for a Contact Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue continuous improvement in assigned area of the department;
  • In conjunction with the Shift Manager complete performance evaluations, attendance records and payroll process for assigned employees;
  • Lead and supervise employees to ensure all housekeeping and safety policies and procedures are understood and followed;
  • Analyze and resolve work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems, according to company policies and procedures;
  • Accountable for control of all company products and resources to prevent loss and keep cost at a minimum;
  • Enables team to become more self-sufficient through providing training and leadership, and in coaching team members to assume more responsibilities;
  • Take immediate steps to correct any unsafe working conditions;
  • Ensure team meets department goals such as: productivity and quality;
  • This position typically is assigned a 12-hour shift and may be assigned nights and/or days and may rotate after periods of time.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Union Environment Experience;
  • Ability to be supervise and coordinate effort of others;
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems;
  • Basic understanding of chemicals and their properties;
  • Physical stamina to work overtime and continuous/rotational shifts;
  • An associate degree or higher from an accredited college or technical school;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication);
  • SAP, Microsoft Suite, Compliance Pro, and Lotus Notes experience a plus;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Great communication skills, both written and oral.
