Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good relations with the executive leadership team and business stakeholders;
  • Work may include some travelDevelop high-performing teams by monitoring, mentoring, directing, coaching and conducting performance reviews;
  • Increase business value of IT Services by managing staff, tools and processes to achieve optimum return on investment;
  • Manage escalations of incidents and conduct problem management sessions to find root-cause and drive corrective action plans;
  • Ensure IT services are stable, consistently functional and deliver the business need;
  • Enhance and optimize the software development team responsible for supporting media-production workflows;
  • Provide functional/technical leadership for Salesforce/MSD environments;
  • Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve business problems;
  • Partner with key business stakeholders in understanding business process needs and setting the overall direction of UL’s Sales Information Systems;
  • Supervise IT and Animation Engineering teams to support Rooster Teeth primarily in Austin, Texas and secondarily in Los Angeles, California;

  • Work with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce with key applications;
  • Develop business strategies to successfully plan and execute Salesforce/MSD projects;
  • Lead projects with through the design, development, testing and implementation phases.

Requirements:

  • Experiencing managing IT and/or Engineering who support a media/entertainment business;
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum;
  • 2+ years of engineering-related experience;
  • Bonus;
  • Ability to work across time zones;
  • Experience leading an IT-service transformation project;
  • Hands-on experience with help desk support, computer networks, network administration and network installation;
  • Effective business relationship experience to build trust and improve communication between IT and the business;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related experience;

  • Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative team;
