Requirements:
- Seasoned technologist able to build and work in an Agile environment;
- Demonstrated leadership skills;
- Knowledge of applicable trade areas;
- Accountable for application management as relevant to their teams e.g. prioritizing tech debt, compliance and security items, and supporting audits;
- Management skills;
- Sets and tracks quality and performance objectives (e.g. Code coverage, Tech Debt, Defects, Cycle Time, Predictability);
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook required);
- Knowledge of contemporary technologies like Angular, Mulesoft, Pega and RPA;
- Manage relationships with the business and technology leaders, and vendors for technical products;
- Advanced oral and written communication skills;
- Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment, and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers;
- Results-oriented;
- Accountable for team/program level resource and financial management; build and maintain teams through talent acquisition;
- Strong project management skills including ability to drive diverse group towards common goal;
- Intermediate knowledge of Computerized Medical Maintenance System (CMMS).
