Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Seasoned technologist able to build and work in an Agile environment;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of applicable trade areas;
  • Accountable for application management as relevant to their teams e.g. prioritizing tech debt, compliance and security items, and supporting audits;
  • Management skills;
  • Sets and tracks quality and performance objectives (e.g. Code coverage, Tech Debt, Defects, Cycle Time, Predictability);
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook required);
  • Knowledge of contemporary technologies like Angular, Mulesoft, Pega and RPA;
  • Manage relationships with the business and technology leaders, and vendors for technical products;
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills;
  • Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment, and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Accountable for team/program level resource and financial management; build and maintain teams through talent acquisition;
  • Strong project management skills including ability to drive diverse group towards common goal;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Computerized Medical Maintenance System (CMMS).
