Senior Marketing Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team of marketing, design and social media professionals;
- Serve as a liaison between the Corporate team and franchisees by answering all marketing related questions diplomatically and accurately;
- Taking financial data, analytics and insights to drive campaign outcome;
- US and offshore teams;
- Develops, tracks and reports campaign metrics and analytics;
- Obtain in-depth understanding of the audience and market;
- Assists in defining A/B market and creative testing and collaborating with market insights on all consumer research;
- Familiarity with Renewables energy industry program management and/or marketing is a plus;
- This role will also lead interdepartmental or cross-business teams to develop campaigns and one-off communications;
- Partner with inside sales center to ensure integration of scripting with overall marketing messaging as appropriate;
- Build out customer journey and customer persona databases;
- Develop lead generation and nurturing strategy campaigns;
- Oversee strategy of all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, programmatic, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency;
- Develop dashboards for reporting out on a regular basis;
- Inventory management.
Requirements:
- Using UX research/user insights for campaigns;
- Entertainment, publishing or tv experience;
- Any web development experience;
- Knowledge of SQL skills to extract data from our database;
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders;
- Familiarity with Renewables energy industry program management and/or marketing is a plus;
- Account and relationship-management building skills;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 7-10 years marketing management experience within A/E/C or real estate industry;
- Ability to remain cool under pressure and to be flexible as business priorities change;
- Effective at interacting professionally and courteously with customers;
- A minimum of 7-10+ years of experience, with some exposure to the insurance industry preferred;
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns;
- 5+ years of marketing experience; prior work in or a demonstrated passion for healthcare a plus;
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
