Our company is looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facebook Insights and other tracking tools;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Working closely with team members and clients;
  • Scheduling posts and tracking metrics to meet goals;
  • Google Analytics;
  • Learning basic Facebook and social media channel algorithms;
  • Creating clear, interesting and engaging social media posts on Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels;
  • Basic proofreading and editing.

Requirements:

  • Basic proofreading, editing and spelling skills;
  • Being driven and motivated to learn and grow;
  • Willingness to take on projects;
  • Familiarity with basic use of Mac computers;
  • Experience as a Social Media Accounts Manager or related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Having an interest in the travel and tourism industry;
  • Basic understanding of social media and how it works;
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week in our Sevierville, TN office location;
  • Familiarity with social media channels, like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
