Our company is looking for a Solution Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a self-starter needing minimal supervision on medium to large scale projects;
  • Contribute to the creation of standardized processes and best practices;
  • Collaborate with developers, leadership and other architects to bring strategic technical vision into reality;
  • Facilitate/oversees the analysis and design of technology solutions to ensure business needs are met;
  • Work as part of cross-functional Agile and SDLC project teams;
  • Influence project scope to deliver effective and efficient solutions in a timely manner;
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external) and the software development team through which requirements flow;
  • Effectively lead the elicitation and documentation of system requirements and solutions into work products;
  • Analyze and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standard;
  • Coordinate with IT development teams to manage the development process and resolve issues;
  • Implement proposed solutions using your development experience and integrations knowledge;
  • Oversee technical scoping and design through the entire project life-cycle from pre-sales through implementation and go-live;
  • Participate in research/design of new systems.

Requirements:

  • JAVA programming experience a must;
  • Advanced understanding of system architecture and knowledge of software development concepts;
  • BS in Computer Science or related area, or relevant work experience;
  • Advanced knowledge of modeling techniques (e.g., UML) and use case development as well as experience with one or more software development frameworks;
  • Understanding and application of Agile concepts such as Scrum/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies;
  • Ability to prioritize, escalate and lead efforts on complex customer requests;
  • Experience working with agile teams on complex projects;
  • Possess a deep understanding of the business processes behind the applications;
  • Deep understanding of business and technology processes as well as software integration and implementation;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; including process documentation;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management, and organizational skills;
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience to include business/system requirements and technical analysis.
