Responsibilities:
- Examine and understand customer requirements;
- Core Splunk work;
- Deploy and configure Splunk solutions to help clients effectively manage security threat, risksand incidents;

Requirements:
- Ability to create system documentation for ongoing system management;
- Systems automation and curl;
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and diagnostic skills in a complex IT environment;
- Experience with Splunk product installation, integration & support;
- Working knowledge of web security best practices;
- Ability to perform complete Splunk environment installs, filter data, and manage indexes;
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Splunk architecture;
- Self-motivated and self-educating, yet willing and able to work collaboratively with both customers and fellow team members;
- Experience creating, and maintaining Splunk applications;
- Experience with SDLC lifecycles and tooling is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Requires at least four years of recent experience in an operations production support role;
- Ability to manage multiple work streams without missing key deadlines;
- Should be comfortable working in Linux/Unix environment as well as Windows;
- Excellent team building and leadership skills.
