Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational performance systemically, defining talent gaps and proposing HR solutions that support clients’ business objectives;
- Lead partner with recruitment, with a strong focus on acquiring and retaining top talent and on building pipeline for future needs;
- Coaches business leaders on key organizational and management issues;

Requirements:
- Possesses both critical thinking capability and hands-on HR business plan implementation experience;
- Proactive and independent work style, able to leverage relationships to deliver work with minimal supervision;
- Relevant industry experience in the media space (preferably within a cutting edge, highly innovative environment);
- Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity – effectively managing issues that do not always have a process or a system in place;
- Certifications : HR Certification PHR or SHRM-CP preferred (or willing to become certified);
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives;
- Specific experience in strategy development, organizational design, talent management and change management;
- Relevant industry experience in the media space (preferably within a cutting edge, fast-paced, highly innovative environment);
- Experience managing and developing team members;
- Demonstrated experience and ability to balance business partnering skills with employee advocacy;
- Global experience;
- Independent work style, balancing the need for collaboration with minimal supervision;
