Our company is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide meaningful and timely feedback to management on strategic initiatives;
  • Develop annual integrated goals and plans to support business needs in SSF; leveraging upon the expertise of MyriadOne HR team;
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability of decisions/recommendations made by HR team when working with client groups;
  • Establish HR priorities and operating mechanisms to drive change;
  • Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and skills assessment;
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with broader HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
  • Partner with HR Analytics team to deliver data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience;
  • Pursue successful completion of project initiatives with drive, collaboration and excellence;
  • Promote an inclusive team culture and high employee engagement;
  • Provide day-to-day Human Resources support to front line and senior level leaders and employees;
  • Working with Learning and Development, coach and educate P&T leadership and management team;
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
  • Consult with the leadership team on Organization Development initiatives such as reorganization, workforce planning, and talent initiatives;
  • Personal Effectiveness/Credibility;
  • Problem Solving/Analysis.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Bias for action and the ability to drive outcomes via a matrixed team;
  • Demonstrated project management skills;
  • HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR or sHRBP);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related discipline;
  • Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM);
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with a wide network of clients and across Human Resources to deliver effective business solutions;
  • Strong drive for innovation and managing change.
