Our company is looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft intuitive, usable, and engaging interaction and visual design solutions;
  • Participate in the full product development process from research to shipment;
  • Create user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups;
  • Partner with Product Managers in conducting user interviews and testing prototypes to inform design decisions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process;
  • Break ing down design problems into actionable chunks to solve with clarity;
  • Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders;
  • Help support other design team members in producing presentations and;
  • Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces;
  • Maintain accurate timelines and project estimates;
  • Create functional, branded materials for web, social platforms, marketing and print assets;
  • Lead and mentor Junior Design talent and help develop their skill sets and career trajectory;
  • final production files for tech delivery;
  • Design and prototype elegant solutions for web and mobile apps;
  • Understand user needs as they relate to interacting and selecting/decisioning of products.

Requirements:

  • Experience conducting and leveraging user research, user testing and design sprints, synthesizing the data and applying the outcomes of UX research;
  • Ability to perform interface design critiques, Participate in regular Product demos & design critiques and supply objective feedback;
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and modern design processes and best practices such as Design Sprint, Lean UX, etc;
  • Experience designing solutions for web, mobile, and tablet applications;
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and ability to balance customer needs with business goals in developing solutions;
  • Strong design aesthetic;
  • Ability to quickly convert ideas into design artifacts;
  • Passion for technology and design, and the drive to stay on top of industry trends and best practices;
  • Strong UX Design principles and deliverables, including rapid prototyping, user personas, wireframes, flows, etc;
  • Good listener – weighs input from multiple perspectives when forming opinions and recommendations;
  • Experience facilitating brainstorming and product discovery sessions and getting consensus among a large, diverse group of stakeholders;
  • 2 years of industry experience in digital design, marketing, or web services;
  • Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas;
  • Problem-solving and Adaptability;
  • Ensure all digital deliverables meet high quality standards.
