Talent Development Manager Job Description Template

Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert on talent development, bringing thought leadership and innovation that can be translated to effective tactics within Ascend;
- Own our Annual Review process, ensuring timely and effective communication as well as completion;
- Manage relationships with with existing vendors and identify and partner with additional vendors as needed;
- Manage initiatives end-to-end, creating a clear vision, plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication;
- Collaborate with the Senior Director Human Resources and the CHRO on development of quarterly Board Meeting material.
