Our company is looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a subject matter expert on talent development, bringing thought leadership and innovation that can be translated to effective tactics within Ascend;
  • Own our Annual Review process, ensuring timely and effective communication as well as completion;
  • Manage relationships with with existing vendors and identify and partner with additional vendors as needed;
  • Manage initiatives end-to-end, creating a clear vision, plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication;
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director Human Resources and the CHRO on development of quarterly Board Meeting material.
