Our company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Establishes formalized on-boarding training plans for key positions and sets-up training schedules for new employees;
  • Ensures that all training programs, practices, materials, and coursework are consistent and meets best practice and Corporate standards;
  • Oversees and manages projects of various levels of duration and complexity;
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness;
  • Implement various learning methods company-wide, and division-wide, including but not limited to e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, etc;
  • Develop and implement learning programs across various divisions with unique divisional learning needs;
  • Lead change-management, including ongoing training, benchmarking program effectiveness and making recommendations to improve product;
  • Serve as a facilitator, instructor, coach and subject matter expert depending on the above needs/solutions;
  • Update new employee onboarding materials on Fujifilm intranet;
  • Develop, implement and deliver training programs throughout the organization utilizing a variety of methods/media;
  • Track and manage budgets, approve work-related attendance considerations, and negotiate contracts for L&D related supplies/equipment;
  • Lead the Talent Review process across all divisions;
  • Develop common metrics to measure effectiveness of employee development efforts;
  • Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to resolve problems and issues independently and in partnership with stakeholders;
  • Minimum 5+ years proven experience as a L&D Training Manager/Manager or similar role;
  • Experience delivering change-management training programs preferred;
  • Associates Degree (± 13 years);
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to coach/mentor employees one-on-one and in group setting;
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferably in Education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, or related field;
  • Ability to take ownership of programs, think through the details, and produce great results;
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills in a fast paced, changing, and challenging environment;
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age;
  • Contract and consult with internal leaders to identify needs, develop content, and deliver exceptional learning experiences;
  • Enjoy working independently and within a team to develop training materials;
  • Strong program management including: content design and presentation skills;
  • Excellent decision-making, planning, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • 2+ years in a training and content development role. (a blended learning approach a plus;
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
