Our company is looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs to identify gaps and skills with greatest impact on Safety, Compliance and Productivity;
  • Collaborate with SMEs and other department staff to define learning objectives and training curriculum;
  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time;
  • Make strategic recommendations to enhance organization performance and support on going learning across the department;
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective;
  • Pilot training programs with a subset of employees to ensure efficacy, satisfaction, and ROI;
  • Promote Intranet site usage for communication and learning initiatives;
  • Create video tutorials of most commonly used software in the workplace to increase employee efficiency and reduce stress;
  • Create an engaging employee handbook that introduces new hires to our culture and;
  • Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques;
  • Align learning goals with corporate strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Training (required);
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees;
  • Writing Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and other proposals;
  • Proven experience with project management of learning and development projects in a corporate environment;
  • Experience with various project management tools and Agile management tools/platforms;
  • Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building;
  • Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous, changing environment;
  • Learning Management Systems;
  • Ability to work early morning Pacific Time with team members in Europe or evening times with team members in Asia;
  • 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD);
  • Experience with payments industry is a plus;
  • Developing status reports and PowerPoint presentations;
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as collaboration techniques;
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations;
  • Strong business acumen, analytics and problem-solving skills.
