Our company is looking for a Manager in Training to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs basic housekeeping duties; clean and organize frame cases, vacuum, dust, polish, organize magazine rack, etc;
  • 1-3 Market Research Business Trip Assignments;
  • Business Account Retention;
  • Promote a positive attitude demonstrating the characteristics that support outstanding customer service;
  • Train and manage associates to carry out the daily functions of the business;
  • Open and close the store;
  • Handling cash transactions;
  • General Key Holder responsibilities;
  • Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and DIFM customers;
  • Provide DIY service including battery installation, testing, wiper install, etc;
  • Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager (Head Coach);
  • Identify and assess current and future training needs;
  • Keeps Store Manager (Head Coach) informed as to inventory movement and customer trends;
  • Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives;
  • Assures quality customer service is maintained.

Requirements:

  • Strong listening, analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Must have a current driver’s license for a minimum of three (3) years;
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Power Point, Outlook);
  • Working knowledge of automotive systems preferred;
  • Willing and able to work a demanding retail schedule, including nights and weekends;

  • Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with Customers, peers and upper management.
