Our company is looking for a Manager in Training to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs basic housekeeping duties; clean and organize frame cases, vacuum, dust, polish, organize magazine rack, etc;
- 1-3 Market Research Business Trip Assignments;
- Business Account Retention;
- Promote a positive attitude demonstrating the characteristics that support outstanding customer service;
- Train and manage associates to carry out the daily functions of the business;
- Open and close the store;
- Handling cash transactions;
- General Key Holder responsibilities;
- Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and DIFM customers;
- Provide DIY service including battery installation, testing, wiper install, etc;
- Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager (Head Coach);
- Identify and assess current and future training needs;
- Keeps Store Manager (Head Coach) informed as to inventory movement and customer trends;
- Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives;
- Assures quality customer service is maintained.
Requirements:
- Strong listening, analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Must have a current driver’s license for a minimum of three (3) years;
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Power Point, Outlook);
- Working knowledge of automotive systems preferred;
- Willing and able to work a demanding retail schedule, including nights and weekends;
