Our company is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide backup to our receptionist, as needed;
  • Support Workplace Experience Manager and other internal partners such as Safety, Construction and Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) on projects;
  • Oversee New Hire Orientation process;
  • Monitor and respond to our workplace Slack channel and other employee facing platforms;
  • Work closely with Workplace team on Ergo Evaluations and scheduling;
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all employees, vendors and guests;
  • Work cross functionally with multiple teams across the business to provide excellent service;
  • Inventory management and ordering workplace and office supplies;
  • Request and manage purchase orders;
  • Assisting Workpalce with company communications;
  • Vendor management;
  • Work cross functionally with our CREWS team to create and maintain playbooks;
  • Assist with general Workplace initiatives and pilots;
  • Assist with general Workplace initiatives and pilots;
  • Vendor Management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
  • At least 3+ years previous experience in Facilities/Workplace Experience;
  • A team player, who is flexible, and professional;
  • Highly organized and detail oriented;
  • Resourceful and proactive;
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager strongly preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Excited to be a part of Netflix’s culture;
  • Experience with Google suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs etc.);
