Workplace Experience Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide backup to our receptionist, as needed;
- Support Workplace Experience Manager and other internal partners such as Safety, Construction and Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) on projects;
- Oversee New Hire Orientation process;
- Monitor and respond to our workplace Slack channel and other employee facing platforms;
- Work closely with Workplace team on Ergo Evaluations and scheduling;
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all employees, vendors and guests;
- Work cross functionally with multiple teams across the business to provide excellent service;
- Inventory management and ordering workplace and office supplies;
- Request and manage purchase orders;
- Assisting Workpalce with company communications;
- Vendor management;
- Work cross functionally with our CREWS team to create and maintain playbooks;
- Assist with general Workplace initiatives and pilots;
- Assist with general Workplace initiatives and pilots;
- Vendor Management.
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment;
- At least 3+ years previous experience in Facilities/Workplace Experience;
- A team player, who is flexible, and professional;
- Highly organized and detail oriented;
- Resourceful and proactive;
- Previous experience as an Office Manager strongly preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Excited to be a part of Netflix’s culture;
- Experience with Google suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs etc.);
