Our company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans;
  • Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted;
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress;
  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP; ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL, etc.) and utilize assessment data to design treatment programs;
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for clients through electronic and written communication;
  • Oversee ABA home programs and provide parent training and support;
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare clear and concise reports, including session log notes and time sheets;
  • Utilize Behavioral Skills Training to provide effective supervision to Behavior Technicians;
  • Participates in monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of client care, including writing reports and keeping caseworkers updated;
  • Develops and implements Behavior Intervention Plans, including the recording of progress notes and the provision of continuity of care;
  • Participate in and conduct employee evaluations;
  • Maintains records and makes written and oral reports concerning client care, counseling and therapeutic activities;
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested;
  • and maintains appropriate network of professional contacts;

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services;
  • Knowledge of electronic data collection; Ability to independently navigate the Catalyst portal and application preferred;
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written form;
  • Make objective judgments in high-stress situations;
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board;
  • Master’s Degree in ABAor related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education);
  • 5+ Years Experience in Behavioral Therapy;
  • Ability to work with internal and external client’s;
  • Proven and Solid Employment History;
  • Full Time; Start ASAP;
  • Master’s BCBA; GA Licensure;
  • BCBA Certification;
  • Full Time GAP Coverage – February through April 2020;
  • MD Certificate and National Certification as BCBA;
  • Minimum of two years experience as a BCBA or a BCBA-D.
